Much better

Feeling a lot better then I did yesterday. I made this blueberry banana shake with lite vanilla yogurt and it is actually really good. I’m thinking the workout today will be a good one.

Any readers out there, what are some of the fruit shakes you have made/tried and what are your favorites?
