Restarting month two and I forgot how hard it actually is. I went from month one thinking to myself, “oh yea, month two…pfft I’ve got it.”
I was wrong. Stupid brain.
It killed me but I felt good. I’ve noticed some changes in my body, my biceps are getting larger and I appear to be actually gaining abs, which is a first. Eating healthy does make all the difference, and the morning fruit shakes are great tasting. Here is to tomorrow
