I’ve never been flexible my entire life. My legs are really long, and my torso seems to be short. Yea it’s kind of strange. I can never touch my toes with straight legs, or even do a downward dog effectively. All of stretching is painful, and I hate it.

Doing the workouts and stretching I have gained some flexibility, though very little. Hopefully I gain more throughout the workouts over time, and come to a less hatred level for stretching.
